With more than a decade of scientifically based research, I CAN Learn® Education Systems is committed to ongoing assessment of its programs using rigorous scientific methods to analyze data collected from all of its sites throughout the United States.
Beginning with the initial pilot evaluation in 1995, dozens of studies have shown the effectiveness of I CAN Learn® Algebra and Pre-Algebra in teaching students heretofore considered academically at risk. In nearly every case, greater student achievement has been reported; especially for poor and minority students in I CAN Learn® classrooms. Meeting the challenges of No Child Left Behind requires that educational programs undergo meticulous review.
